Hey, I don't know if you are going to see my comment in the shoutbox so I will post it here as well. Individually, there is not much you can do other than ask the person to discontinue and possibly threaten legal action(even if you don't really have a lawyer on retainer).

I have a service called Pre-Paid legal where the company will advise you on legal matters and take action for you like write letters and make phone calls of your behalf. The cost is $26.95 per month, and they can help you out with a lot of things even besides someone selling prints of your wallpapers.
